(3) Poor Banks’ Network: Who’s to blame?
I read from 3 different peoples on Facebook and 2 on Twitter about the pregnant woman who gave up the ghost after she was left unattended by the doctor not for being poor but because of the poor banks network and the cashless policy.
Our CEO has four business branches in which among them I’m managing one, therefore, each branch has its own PoS device. A business colleague, who is also managing one lamented that if nothing is done urgently to fix this network issues, he will dump that machine because he do not get an instant alerts on every transactions done.
“For instance, if 20 customers buy from me and pay with PoS, their money won't arrive until the following day. At the point when it ultimately comes, it will be hard for me to realize who paid what since it will all come in magnitude.” In this case, money had been wrongly debited in a twofold manner, several times through PoS. “So many times, my costumers will come and show me the evidence that I debited them twice or more, and I can’t convince them otherwise. And when we lodge complaints to the bank, they will end of telling us that their is a negotiant that is looking into it, sometimes it takes a week or two to get their money back.” He added.
Now, who will take the blame? The Government or the Apex Bank? This question need to be answered, and the implementation of this policy should be earnestly improved.
This too shall pass. In shaa Allah.
Well pened Fodio. More ink.
